Custom training courses for your teams.
Colour Management, increasing DM response rates, eye tracking, brain scanning and the psychology of campaigns are just a few of the topics being covered in ProCo SPARKS advance training courses. This week our Innovation Centre in Stansted played hosts to the John Lewis and Waitrose Marketing team. The custom course covered all the areas that they had asked to cover plus a few more.

During the eye tracking session we set up the equipment and explained the technology and how it could be used in a number of scenarios. It can be used for analysing retain environments and effectiveness of point of sale or to look at consumer behaviour in a store. We also demonstrated how it can be used to compare to different designs for readability and effectiveness. Although not a full analysis it showed how the technology can be used for brands and retailers.
